They did approve my pending requests and will update when the funds are received! I would like to turn this negative into a positive so that future players don't run into this in the future.
I don't feel that I would have been contacted as quick as I was w/o having posted this issue publicly, however, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue game play and see how it goes. Still nothing! Update: 9/29/23 - Was finally contacted for reverification and provided documents requested. Also, I even, preemptively resubmitted via email bank statements, paypal statements, copy of license, electic bill, etc in order to avoid the 'we need this info' conversation. If the company is a legit as they state, this should not be an issue. The money was won fair and square and demand payment. All of their phone numbers go to a generic message where you can not leave a message.
I have emailed daily with only canned responses back and no other action. I submitted 3 redemption requests on Sone $7,000 and two for $2,000 - all are still pending even though their site says a 72 hour turn around.
